This section brings together the security, compliance, deployment, and support information your team needs to evaluate LlamaParse Platform.
Security and compliance
Section titled “Security and compliance”LlamaParse Platform has completed a SOC 2 Type II audit. The report and subprocessor list are available through the Trust Center. A HIPAA-compliant processing pipeline with a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for Enterprise customers.
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) are available as part of enterprise contracting.
Enterprise capabilities
Section titled “Enterprise capabilities”- No model training by default. We do not use customer data for model training. If an organization administrator explicitly opts in to our data-sharing program, we may retain and use that organization’s LlamaParse data for model training under the program’s terms. Participation is optional.
- Deployment options. Choose managed SaaS in North America or the EU, Single-Tenant SaaS, Bring Your Own Cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP), or self-hosting.
- Identity and access. Use SSO and role-based access controls to manage access to your organization and projects.
- Enterprise support. Discuss support coverage and service-level commitments with our team. Dedicated Slack support is available for Pro and Enterprise customers.
